 I really like this- and since I am not subscribed I will write my own critique
 it is a great picture- but I think that separation between the background sky and the (is it a cloud Icey's sleeping on) cloud could use some distinction to make the pic seem a little clearer. Also the birds are a little blurry which personally distracts me, but it may have been your intent. Great work again- I hope I have helped -- GoHawks! So.. Let's get to it! Mm, the anatomy is a little iffy, but I'm extremely glad that you bothered to draw the whole body. The only complaint is that the wolf is too skinny; where teh ribs and the body organs going to fit? Also, the head is a little small in comparison to it's body. And, like the person above me said, you should've shown a little bit more paw. BUT! I'm extremely glad that you've improved, really.
About the technique, maybe you should've put a little more effort in the backgruond. C'mon, you could've at least used a hard brush for the birds. A little more shading on the clouds would be useful to define them. Since the sun is behind the wolf, in our point of view, he shouldve been really dark. Learn about where the light hits and shading by using nature as an example.
But, overall, good job! I'm actually proud. (: Truly, keep up the great work!
i think you could use a ref on the anatomy.another thing that bugs me is the fur on the paws is that you should at least show a bit of the toes because it looks a bit like they're bleeding.i also think you should put a bit more shading on the clouds where she's laying on because then it looks she's just floating.the lineart looks a little sketchy,you can just clean that up afterwards.
now with the good parts of the drawing.the shading looks good,but next time,keep in mind where your light source is coming . the pose is also good.i also like the way you made the sun,i like the way it's fading as it's getting on the outer part.
